End of assignment evaluation (trainees)

After the completion of a successful program, we make a customer case (testimonial). This records how the traineeship went and what the results were for the customer. We use the testimonials in conversations with (new) customers and share them on the website and in our monthly newsletters. To make your case as complete as possible, we ask you to answer all questions carefully. If you have any questions, please contact Marlou(marlou@arcpeople.nl).

If the testimonial should not be published, we still ask you to answer all questions. This way we keep a complete record of all completed assignments. In this case, make sure that the 'not for publication' checkbox is checked.
