Audit, risk and compliance is becoming an increasingly important and complex part of daily business. This also increases the demand for new knowledge and skills. ARC People therefore trains young talents to become audit, risk and compliance specialists who recognize and understand your risks. With the ARC Talent Program you get to know our talents well. Almost without exception, ARC People's trainees are academically educated, relatively young and sometimes have several years of work experience. Our selection criteria are firm. We emphasize specific competencies such as analytical skills, presentation techniques and conducting a good interview. We developed an in-house assessment for testing trainees.
Once a candidate is selected, he or she first attends a two-week basic training course in internal/IT auditing, risk management or compliance. In the months that follow, the knowledge from the basic training is supplemented with substantive refresher days. There is also intensive supervision and personal coaching of the trainees during the traineeship. The total program provides the trainees with an excellent stepping stone towards a possible postgraduate program (e.g. RE or RO).
In short: the audit, risk or compliance trainee rapidly develops into a colleague who is a full member of your audit team. You, as the client, are then offered the opportunity to offer the trainee employment.
