We celebrate 10 years of growth and quality in Audit, Risk and Compliance

Q1 2023 is already over and the annual figures for 2022 are slowly becoming final. In any case, what is already clear is that ARC People is once again growing well: 70% over 2021! After a small dip in sales in the Corona year 2021, we have more than solid growth again. Ever since the start, 10 years ago, with the exception of one corona year, we have experienced 'double digit' growth every year. And even Q1 of this year is already looking better than Q1 of 2022.

We are in a growth market: the demand for greater assurance, risk management and concern for compliance with more and more regulations are leading to growing demand. We are proud to contribute to this as ARC People. Our growth is with existing clients but also increasingly with new clients. For them, we are a serious alternative to the old establishment.

And rightly so. Although we don't have a big name to "enforce" external assurance, we often outshine them in quality, flexibility and value for money. Our partners have years of experience in the business and don't sell buttons for lemons. They know what it's all about. And if that is not the case, they will tell you honestly.

In this tight labor market, we move with appropriate solutions: in addition to the usual recruitment and standard interim capacity, we also offer flexible solutions through co-sourcing (or full outsourcing) of an audit or risk department. Or young new recruits by means of razor-sharp trainees.

So don't we know of any challenges? Certainly we do: there are several. One challenge is selling "no" to clients. Sometimes because the knowledge requested is beyond our expertise, but mostly because agendas are too full to accept new assignments.

Another challenge is keeping up with growth with our own enthusiastic staff. Both content professionals and experienced recruiters are welcome to help keep up (and perhaps accelerate) the growth.

Our drive: to show that delivering audit, risk and compliance knowledge and capability can be done better.
