AuditPeople to partner with IIA again in 2018
The renewal of the partnership was very enthusiastically received by IIA President John Bendermacher. "That was nice to notice," said Sander van Oosten, who was himself a director of the Institute of Internal Auditors for many years. "Looking at our nice client portfolio in the niche market of Internal Audit, it is no longer necessarily necessary to proclaim our company name grandly within this professional group, but we simply care about the association."
The fact that the IIA will explicitly focus on further innovation of the profession in the coming year is also very appealing to AuditPeople. Every quarter, AuditPeople itself already organizes substantive events on innovative themes, for about 30 people. In 2018, one of these events will be organized on a larger scale, jointly with the IIA.
The annual IIA Congress has been attended by more and more auditors in recent years. At the upcoming congress, on June 7and 8, 2018, AuditPeople will, among other things, welcome visitors in a fun way and a glass of quality wine will again be poured in the evening by the AuditPeople wine ladies. "We noticed in recent years that the IIA Congress guarantees good content exchange and nice personal encounters. An event with those characteristics fits perfectly with the connecting party, on people ánd content, that AuditPeople wants to be!", Van Oosten concludes.
