At the end of July we started at Rabobank through ARC People. At the beginning it was a search for everyone. After all, this was a new position to be filled. We liked the fact that ARC People took us along right at the beginning of the process. In consultation with ARC People and Rabobank, we were gradually able to give hands and feet to the position and this suddenly turned out to be a great adventure.
As CDD experts, we support the management of Rabobank in its daily business. We review the files prepared by the analysts, guide the analysts and present the results of the reviews to management. Despite the strong regulations and processes in place, we are given enough room to think along with the process in order to come up with findings and recommendations. Furthermore, we have a meeting with management almost every day to discuss the files with a high risk profile. A very challenging and fun job!
We do this with six men and one lady. Our location is the beautiful Zaandam. However, we also visit the other locations every week for a day or two to maintain personal contact with the analysts. We receive files from all locations. Think for example of Hengelo, Amersfoort or Breda. Besides maintaining contact with the analysts, we also learn some new accents and can occasionally feast on local specialties.
In short, a great adventure!
