New trainee to start

My name is Suzanne Dortland and I completed the Master's degree in Labor, Organization and Management (Sociology). After my studies I came in contact with AuditPeople and made the conscious choice to focus on Audit. Therefore, I am currently taking the Internal Auditor course at AuditPeople, from Avans+.

People describe me as analytical, communicative and committed. Qualities that come in handy when conducting an audit. My educational background also aligns with the auditing profession, particularly as the Code of Corporate Governance is used to v

er expected organizations to also focus more on behavior, attitude and culture in Audits. These aspects were often the focus of my training.

With the AuditPeople Traineeship I take on the challenge of conducting an audit, researching within an organization and reporting to management. The nice thing about working as an auditor is the variety. Every audit focuses on a different subject, and involves different layers of the organization you come into contact with.
