Kickstart your career in 6 months

Your traineeship at ARC People will introduce you to the relatively new field of audit, risk and compliance. You'll immediately start working at a high level at one of our clients, where you'll investigate, analyze and help management keep a grip on their key risks. And after six months, if you like it, you'll join them. Throughout the traineeship you will receive guidance from ARC People, your own coach and you can spar with our other trainees. This way you don't go straight into working life and you still kickstart your career!

First you do an assessment and we have a good conversation together. If that's all right, you can start your traineeship. It starts with a two-week boot camp with us in Hilversum, after which you will start working for one of our clients.

You start, newly graduated from university, with a salary of €3,000 (36 hours) and after six months we'll add on top of that

For critical and inquisitive types

Audit, Risk and Compliance is an adventurous and new field that - with changing societal demands - is becoming increasingly relevant in large companies and organizations. You examine processes, projects, innovations, behavior, and so on. To do this, you have to be curious and take a critical look at everything that comes along. Ultimately, you give management insight into the main risks they run and you help them manage those risks well. So you work directly 'at level' and you certainly don't become an accountant. On the contrary: you will contribute to processes, data, IT, behavior & culture and a better strategy.

So who are we?

Once we were called Audit People, now ARC People. Because audit, risk and compliance are now inextricably linked. Many organizations do it 'on the side' but we specialize in it. What we also do differently: we work without the hierarchy of a BIG4 office. Way too tiring, it's busy enough as it is. We grow quickly and stably, at least 30% a year. Our people have a lot of experience and we use that to train our own trainees. We have been doing this for years and with the vast majority of former trainees we are still in contact.
