Intervision

Would you like to spar on a level with other CAEs about the challenges within your field? Would you like to exchange ideas in confidence about specific problems, problems you cannot discuss with anyone else? Would you like to hear how others view and approach issues in order to learn from them yourself? ARC People organizes intervision for CAEs. This is an intervision method with six in-depth sessions that offer you tools to further improve your own functioning.

What is intervision?
An intervision offers participants a safe environment to discuss actual work situations. To share knowledge, experience and skills. Thus, together they arrive at a different approach to problems and practical solutions and increase their expertise.

To achieve optimal results, we ensure that the CAEs are of an equivalent level and that the group is sufficiently diverse. Therefore, an intake interview is held beforehand. During this interview you can also discuss your learning goals and express specific wishes.

Program Intervision for CAEs
The program consists of six four-hour meetings. One session is held each quarter. A minimum of four and a maximum of six CAEs participate. This group size was chosen to increase interaction and maximize the learning effect.

First Meeting
During the first meeting, you will meet the other CAEs. You will also receive an explanation of the program and we will formulate goals and expectations. By completing and discussing Management Drives profiles (drives analysis), you will get to know each other even better. As "homework," you will work on a problem/case study. The remaining five meetings are devoted entirely to peer review.

Guidance
The coach of the intervision sessions is Carlo Bavius RE RO CRISC CRMA CIA. He guides the sessions, encourages participants to learn from each other and provides tips and tools. Carlo is an associate partner of ARC People and held CAE positions at various organizations for many years. Even now Carlo is still active in the profession as (part-time) ad-interim CAE at various organizations. Furthermore, Carlo is coach of a number of CAEs and internal audit functions and guides a number of internal audit functions in the process towards IIA quality assessment.

Cost and location
The cost of the Intervision for CAEs program is €2,995.

The meetings take place at our office, at Emmastraat 54 in Hilversum, centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation and car.

Dates
To achieve optimal results from the intervision sessions, it is essential that the participating CAEs are of an equivalent level and that the group is sufficiently diverse. Due to busy schedules and different needs around work/life balance, we will schedule dates by mutual agreement if there are enough participants.
